Find the build you want on the Builds page, open its page, choose your colours and press the buy button. You'll be taken to PayPal to pay, and your order appears in "Manage Orders" straight away.

Checkout goes through PayPal, where you can pay from your PayPal account, with a debit or credit card, or with Apple Pay. You don't need a PayPal account to pay by card.

Yes. Use the Custom Builder to pick the parts you want, add your contact details, and send the list over. We'll come back to you with a quote.

Delivery is £40 and is added at checkout. That covers careful packing and tracked delivery anywhere in the UK.

We deliver UK-wide. Your PC is packed properly and sent with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Once your payment lands, your order moves into build. Every machine is hand-built one at a time, tested and packed before it ships, so build time comes before delivery. You can follow every stage in My Build Tracker.

Yes — on each build page you can pick black or white for the case, GPU, RAM and cooler. There are shortcuts to set everything white or everything black in one click.

Yes. Windows is installed and fully updated on every build, so your PC is ready to go when it arrives.

Sign in and open Manage Orders from the account menu. Each order has a timeline showing where it is — build, testing, shipping — and updates are added as it progresses.

Yes. When a stage changes, your order page updates and we send you an email so you're always in the loop.
