About Aurora
IT STARTED AT HOME
Aurora didn't begin in a warehouse. It started at home — one desk, one box of parts, and a machine put together for someone who wanted something better than the pre-built option on the shelf. Word travelled, the desk filled up, and the same approach carried over: every PC is still built by hand, one at a time, for the person who ordered it.
There's no reseller markup and no anonymous factory behind it. The person who answers your email is the person who builds your machine, tests it, and packs it for the road. That's the whole business model — small enough to care about each build, fussy enough to send nothing out that hasn't been run under load first.

How every Aurora PC is built
Four stages, on every machine, whether it's the build you picked off the page or one quoted from your own parts list.
Parts chosen, then checked
Every build starts with the spec on the page — no swapping in a cheaper part at the last minute. Before anything goes in, each component is checked over and the case, GPU, RAM and cooler are laid out in the colour you picked.
Hand-built one at a time
There's no production line here. One machine is assembled at a time, by hand, and the cables are routed and tied properly so the inside looks as considered as the outside and the airflow isn't fighting a tangle of wire.
Stress-tested before dispatch
Before a PC is allowed to leave, it runs under load. Temperatures, stability and fan behaviour are watched while it's working hard — the way it'll work in your house — so any problem is found here rather than on your desk.
Windows in, updates run, then packed
Windows is installed and brought up to date so the machine is ready the moment it's plugged in. It's then packed securely for the journey and sent with tracking, so you can watch it move from build to shipping.
What makes Aurora different
Colour choice on every build
Pick black or white for the case, GPU, RAM and cooler on the listed builds, and see the exact combination you're buying before you pay.
Custom quote requests
Got a parts list in mind instead of a fixed build? Send it over with your contact details and we'll come back to you with a quote.
Build tracking you can see
Once an order is paid it moves into build, and you get a timeline with status updates — no chasing us to ask where it is.
Direct contact with the builder
Email and phone reach the person who actually builds your PC. Ask a question, get an answer — no ticket queue, no call centre script.
Delivery
Aurora builds ship anywhere in the United Kingdom for a flat £40 shipping cost, added at checkout. Your machine is packed for transit, not left in a parts box, and you can follow it through the build tracker from the moment payment clears.
Questions before you order? Email or call us — we'd rather talk through a spec than have you guess.
